Pharmacy and customer data

A pharmacy controls the business and customer information its authorised users enter into MedManthra. We process that information to provide the features requested by the pharmacy. Pharmacy administrators are responsible for giving appropriate access to staff, maintaining accurate records, and using the service in accordance with applicable pharmacy, tax, employment, and data-protection requirements.

MedManthra is designed to store and process service data using cloud infrastructure in India. We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, communications, support, payments, security, analytics, and advertising measurement. They may process only the information required to perform their services and are subject to their own contractual and legal responsibilities.

Advertising & measurement cookies

We use Google Ads measurement on this website. When you interact with our ads or select certain links, including a WhatsApp chat link, cookies, device identifiers, and event information may be used to measure that interaction. The click measurement records that a conversion action occurred; the message you send in WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
