Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MedManthra pharmacy management software, website, onboarding, and related support (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the pharmacy or organisation you represent.

The service

MedManthra provides tools for pharmacy billing, inventory, purchases, GST reporting, multi-store operations, and related workflows. Features may vary by plan and may change as the Service develops. Reports and exports support your pharmacy operations, but you remain responsible for reviewing records and obtaining professional advice where needed.

Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown when you subscribe. Current plan inclusions, installation charges, trials, and promotional eligibility are displayed on the pricing page or in a written quotation. You may cancel according to the options available for your account. Fees already paid are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and only for authorised pharmacy operations. You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, or use another person's credentials. You are responsible for your licences, prescriptions, tax treatment, statutory records, staff permissions, and compliance with applicable Indian pharmacy, drugs, tax, employment, and data-protection requirements.

Accounts and authorised users

Account information must be accurate and kept current. Pharmacy administrators control staff access and should grant only the permissions each person needs. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting passwords and devices. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You give us the permission needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that data to operate, secure, and support the Service. Available exports depend on your plan and the relevant feature. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet or device failures, third-party services, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. Support channels and response arrangements depend on your plan and our published business hours.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, respond to suspected misuse or security risk, comply with law, or address overdue payment. Either side may end the subscription according to the applicable plan or order terms. On termination, access ends and data is retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. MedManthra is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by incorrect data entered by users, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability will be assessed under applicable Indian law and the specific subscription or order terms agreed with you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security practices, or business operations. The updated date above will show when material revisions were made. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any rights and remedies that cannot be limited by agreement.
